My wife & I spent considerable time the other day in the local 'Gardens' and as I shot this picture, I was reminded of the freedom we enjoy in this country to do just what I was doing - when and where I wanted to be. It made me appreciate all that this flag stands for and all of my brothers and sisters who have fought or given their lives so we can continue to enjoy this freedom. It's not free! I appreciate it.

Can't argue with you,we appreciate our diggers(Aussie soldier) who have and are serving our country,freedom has a high price.bless them all...regards ringo

Thank you for sharing this wonderful image of our flag. Unfortunately too many these days do not understand that freedom is not free and do not have the respect for our flag and those who have fought to ensure our freedoms.
