In a beautiful sunny day mostly wasted in a battle with the Obamacare Marketplace, I did finally manage to get outside for a bit of shooting. Just a bit.

Thanks for looking and commenting, HOT. I've been thinking I wanted to put up some houses to attract Martins, especially in the last couple of weeks as the mosquitos have bred prolifically and are also suffering from gigantism (actually, we humans are the ones suffering). But, I was just reading about them and see that they love having dragons, damsels, and butterflies for dinner. Dang! I guess one just can't have everything!

Just downloaded your hummer, Sherry, and I was amazed to say the least! This is one fantastic shot with great detail! Super shots too of your GCFC (absolutely right on ID) and bunting that obviously ate way too many grapes. lol

Thank you so much, Donna. As pleased as I am with the hummer shot, I would love to get one in mid-air with wings stopped - never seems to be enough light! Oh, I wish I had a yard full of purple buntings.

Thanks much for your very kind comment, Michael. We bought new feeders with perches and placed them much closer to our own perches; it has proven to be a good thing!
