More to the point look up the posts by MT Shooter on his tests of the lens.

I have had it for about a month, paired with the Canon 7D Mark II and I love it. Only complaint I have, and it is on use-case not performance, is the short end (150mm) is wider than I am used to...Previous lens for similar scenarios was a Bigma 50-500mm and the short end (50mm) on that allow some fairly "normal" shots...even some macro. On the new lens this is more difficult. But I will adapt. The focus is spot-on and autofocus very accurate. Heavier than heck, but so am I...so I will adjust. I shoot wildlife and nature from a kayak and in that scenario, this is the best lens I have ever had/used.

Getting great reviews about this lens thanks. I am interested in the adapter that tailors the to your particular camera. This is amazing that you can do at home or in the field what once was the domain of the factory.

Thank you. When I first went to digital in 2003 I bought a bogen 3205 which is heavy but steady. Thanks for the information;it is very helpful.

I did purchase one and find it amazing. It is heavy a true beast of a lens yet very very cool. With it and my Canon Ti5 on the tripod find it very workable. I have taken shots braced up against solid objects. I need to spend a lot more time in the gym as many suggested.
