I assume you mean you need help. The water will really mess up your white balance. Try a WhiBal waterproof card; it has one side that is blue for underwater use. Or just put a regular waterproof WB card in the water (if you can get permission).
To avoid reflections from the glass, you want to use a hood that will press against the glass. I use a large rubber lens hood for flexibility. If you need to get back, then use a soft box with no diffusion panels pressed against the glass, and shoot through it. Again, if you can, you can tape it onto the glass to seal (use painters tape; it comes off easy).
Lately there have been some posts of exactly this kind of reef aquarium photography in the "True Macro" section, with outstanding results. I might suggest a quick peek over there too.
