Quick release plate suggestions

I move my Nikon 5300 (soon to be 7200) between a Stackshot rail system and a copy stand quite frequently. Do you have recommendations for a quick release plate, to avoid constantly screwing/unscrewing the camera?

About six months ago, I switched Manfrotto heads to a 401 Junior-Geared Head. It's not for quick massive adjustments-- but ideal for Macro. It's a geared head with three way adjustment. The plate on it is very secure and fits with no inter-play. The head is around $270.00 with the plate. Not sure what a second plate would run.
