Can anyone tell me what and where to buy a good adapter for use of my Canon lenses on my Sony a6000?

Check B&H. In the search box type in what you're looking for. You may have to refine your search terms to find. I just typed in canon to sony e mount adapter & came up with several.

Funny you should ask - I have a Fotodiox adapter for a little over a week now. ($99.95 from B&H). It is supposed to AF with Canon lenses. The only exception I was aware of is the 50/1.8. Why, is anyone's guess.
Tried following lenses with the a6000 - 70-200/4, 28-105/3.5-4.5, Sigma 24-60/2.8, 85/1.8, 50/1.8. The only lens that achieves AF is the 70-200/4. To get AF to lock in, it has required 2 attempts (first one fails over 90% of attempts) and usually allows shooter time for a nap until the beep wakes you. Tripod helps so you don't nod off and drop gear on floor while waiting. I contacted B&H and asked for advice and should I be contacting Manufacturer. They said yes. I will be making that call today.
Had a Vello MF adapter ($50 from B&H) that I returned. It was a pretty tight fit. May have been a fluke. It happens.
Fotodiox adapter fits great. Played with Canon lenses using MF and focus peaking feature on camera. Liking it a lot.
From research now gathered, it seems ALL adapters cause slower focus.
This may boil down to either asking for a replacement or returning and ordering a Chinese cheapo from ebay if MF is only option, or giving up adapters altogether. It has been a pretty disappointing experience so far.
