I found this fly on one of my flowers yesterday. It doesn't look like the typical house fly being longer and thinner.

EDIT: The last photo is another fly I photographed yesterday as he had landed in some potting soil. I believe this is more of a house fly.

I believe that your image #3 is a Carrion fly, aka meat fly, blow fly, bottle fly.

Thank you, Douglass. Those must be the ones I see when dressing out deer and elk. The picture window fly does have a very pretty design on its wings.
