I visit my friend with carrots and/or gingersnaps (he turns his nose up at apples!). We enjoy each other so much; it's nice to have Bingo to visit!

Did you know that Bingo is a descendent of the donkey that Mary rode to Bethlehem? At least that is the legend surrounding the dark cross on all their backs.

Yes, PhotoGeezer, I sure do know that legend! We were telling our grandaughter that Bingo's a "Jesus Donkey". Have you heard of the company "Oriental Trading Company"? In their catalog they have a kit for kids that tells about that legend. I'm going to get them for our grandkids. :)
