Welcome to Day 75 :) Today I thought we would take a look at something we see everyday no matter where we live ... but since we see it in color all the time let's look
at it a little bit differently. Black and White and Rust. Even rust looks good in black and white. Here are a few examples to get us started.
hmmmmm wonder what snow looks like in black and white...well its supposed to snow for the next three days..so we will see.
Goodnight and hello to everyone who is an early riser!

MAYBE NOT...just looked outside very grey so here is one from archives converted.

Old'n Rusty?
Hahahaha love a chuckle so early in the morn!
Rusty sides of the old railroad bridge and some old rusty railroad tracks just lying around.( not on this snowy day, photos from my photo archives)
It is raining right now so here is something I shot yesterday. The old railroad bridge crossing the Maumee River in GrandRapids, Ohio.
These are from Roadrunner's Misty Grotto in which precious archives are stored..
#1. Taken from the Québec Bridge, which in Pi would be ~ 35 years old and rusting fast.
In 1917, I think, the center span collapsed and is still yet rusting away onthe river bottom (about 300' deep the river is at this point). Now what is not known in all circles is that while you are aboard a cruise ship heading to Montréal as you pass under the bridge, you are also passing over it.
#2. This is an old abandoned shipyard and the beams you see were used to haul up schooners for winter storage
rusty b&w
donuts painted on a rusty bus
old rusty bar before we built the new one
rusty doors
my last name
Old and rusted in the Wild West
