Nikon D750 $300 Price Drop

I think this is for a limited time, but the price of the D750 has dropped to $1,999.95. I have one due to arrive today - at the old price. I'll call the dealer when they open. They'll either give me credit, or I'll return it.

Jerry I bought mine the end of march and it went back to Nikon once and now back to Cameta for an exchange. Any hope for me?

Thanks Jerry; I got the same notice from Nikon yesterday. That is a great deal on an already great camera. I have been looking for a used D610, but most have been selling for around $1100. The D750 is just a better deal now!

My view finder went blank so I sent it to nikon they unfortunately returned it in the same condition. I contacted Cameta where I purchased the camera and and they said to send it back and they would send me a new camera.

Also check with your credit card company. Nikon did a $300 price drop just after I bought mine and my credit card (Citi Thank You) did a search at my prompting and gave me the $300 back.

I'll call Robert's Camera (California) when they open in an hour. I'm guessing they'll give me the credit. I'd like to get it settled before FedEx arrives. If I have to re-order, that will be a problem because I won't be home next week to sign for it, and I'd rather not leave it sitting by the front door all day. If I wait a couple of weeks, the price will be back up.
