Continuing on down the roads of Colorado......
Great Highway.....we did every mile!
A dip into Telluride
Colorful homes in Telluride
At park in Telluride
Sometimes we climb awkward spots for a picture. This one my wife requested the camera to snap "me" which of course meant an extra effort to go down & up again!
on the other side.......
Ice anyone? Just load up your bucket!!

Another great set of images Bob. I have only been to Telluride in the summertime but spent plenty of time in the mountains skiing in the wintertime.

Love the river shot.
That was a very tranquil spot and enjoyed being able to appreciate the brief few moments spent standing there. Thanks again!

I really miss those skiing days, but sometimes "dreams" occur that take me back to the slopes! Guess that's what happens if one's a visual type person.......we get to further enjoy life's exciting moments!
Lived in Mancos a few years and, of course, visited the sites which you listed. Viewed Mesa Verde through our living room window. Rode the Durango to Silverton train.
Thanks again for the Colorado pictures. At one time I thought I might retire around Walsenburg. Highway 50 was one of our favorite routes.

We stopped for lunch in Durango & visited the train station. Ate just to the right of the station & food was excellent! We didn't get to ride the train due to mismatched schedules! :D

I have never ridden the train but have been to both Durango and Silverton. Great places to visit - lots of old houses.
