if you are going to the N.R.O.the G.C. checkout staying at the Kaibab Lodge. this lodge is only 18 miles from the Rim my cabin was one room and was $90.00 a night. They have others that will sleep up to 8 persons. There is also a campground next to the lodge with the sites going for about $15. to $2o.00 a night. and a gas station across the st.that also sells food an drinks.
