He found an interesting way to get certified. He helped create a new certification board. Was it because the accepted board wouldn't certify him?

I'm a dual Aussie/ Yank citizen and vote in every election both places. My US vote is in Santa Monica so probably doesn't count for much. I'll have to register in Arizona my next visit. 8-) I gotta go I have more salsa to bottle
