Here are some more scenic from my wildflower walk yesterday. It got towards mid-day, so I just started shooting some of the clouds instead of the flowers. The harsh sunlight was difficult to work with, but it did add better contrast to some of the backlit subjects. Enjoy.

Yes it is. You can see by the scenic shots that there is a mixture of last year's dried grass still standing. These hills should be lust green by now. It is a long way until the next rainy season.

I have to tell you, once you get to that point, it continues up some more. It was a good workout for me though.

Had my puffing and shooting all the way. The walk was only 3 miles, but there was a change in elevation of 800ft. 800 foot is fairly steep in a mile-and-a-half.
