I hope I find more bugs soon! Between the rain storms, I found this dandelion. On download, you can spot a tiny aphid.

Nice. Thanks for pointing out that there was an aphid. Even knowing it took me a bit to find him!

I suspect that the critter at 3 o'clock from center is a Thrips, much smaller than an aphid.

Very nice shot with the bonus Thrips ( or maybe the Thrips was the intended subject). Great DOF! If the stem has leaves all the way up it may be a Coltsfoot. They come out very early

Thanks! I didn't see the Thrips until I viewed the image on a big screen. I need to get this season's macro eyes working better!
