Im back, (sort of). Eight weeks more or less of being confined, exercised, drugged, dosed, tested and pummelled after my close shaves with two mini-strokes (T.I.A.s). I now rest more, exercise more, eat regularly (at least once a day), spend less time on computers and more time listening to the radio and music .
Relatively unscathed, (legs dont want to walk more than fifty yards at a time and eyes get a little difficult after an hour or so concentration), I think I have got away with it again.
I have a mountain of emails and PMs to go through; many from UHH members sending best wishes thank you for those, I will respond from the earliest to the latest.
Yesterday I scanned through some of the threads posted recently and two in particular caught my eye (the working one) JPG v RAW and although I have never been an advocate of censorship, these threads really do need the services of a referee. I also noticed a few references to me and my health problems thank you so much for thinking about me and even noticing my absence.
I know of several members far worse off than me, two with terminal illnesses, and when I take bad tasting medicine, I think of those and wonder at how lucky I am.

Welcome back and good to hear you're on the mend, we missed you.
Welcome back searcher...........Mike
Welcome back Searcher. Best wishes for continued improving health.
Take care and hope you continue to do well. 8-)
Welcome back and hope you feel better.
Glad to "read" you again. Keep doing what the docs tell you. At least for a while anyway.
Being the survivor of a stroke (9 yrs now) and being in the hospital for 10 days, I feel for you but with exercise and determination it can be beaten to a point. Just hang in there and godspeed to your recovery.
