If you were to offer a tutorial on how to, this may stay in photo analysis vs being lost somewhere... Looks like PP to me.

so if i post something on how to use camera movement it stay's here versus disappearing into the photo gallery dark hole of lost images?

Yup. That is the idea: tutorials and analysis, trouble shooting.

this is a great kind of shot, its like from star trek, warp speed scotty, lol. ive done some like this, zoom in on a 1 or 2 second exposure, or did you do something different?

No pp right out the camera. Zooming my lens at 1/4 sec.
