I really love getting shots like this. It's what I try for with my own G.kids but they go into 'model' mode when ever they see me w/ my camera......

Love the lighting but can't help but wonder what the little gal in the back is thinking ... her look is enigmatic.

Thanks... I was shooting a Meet/Greet/Please fill out this questionnaire thing when I caught this little lady giving me the eye. This one shot made the entire event worthwhile.....

How true..... I believe that's a Rail Ticket Kiosk she is perusing. I prefer to think she is pondering the imponderable..... 8-)

I love the expression, but have to admit that not being able to see what the girl at camera left is point at or pressing, or whatever, bugs me.

Thanks.... I totally agree w/ you about the crop. When I took Photojournalism classes at N. Texas in the 70's I used a low end Minolta SLR and would buy Tri-X in bulk because I shot so much trying to get that 'one good shot' in a dynamic environment. I would often discard 90 out of 100. I was shooting under a canopy at a meet & greet community event when I turned around and saw this great kid giving me the eye. (right at the 'Sunshine Line"...) Like one of my Prof.'s at N.T. used to say"sometimes what you get is what you get"... :)
