Outdoor photography with my peer group.
A group, consisting of five wildlife photographers, arranged to meet for a one day session, to shoot birds and animals. All of us are published photographers and I can attest for the other four, they know what they're doing. Sessions like that are not only fun but tremendously informative since we feed off one another. We were lucky to come across a lot of different species and I'll begin with some of the smaller ones we saw. I hope you enjoy them.

All beautiful, Joe, and I did enjoy them. You can't really appreciate a grackle until you pull all of those colors out of them, can you? Mystery photo - I'm thinking turkey.
Joe fantastic shots how did u get them all to come to the same stump?

Wonderful varied set Joe, love the Grackle colours. We have pheasants in the UK with those colours and similar feathers in the last shot.  :D

Thanks so much ST. I'll hold off on the ID of the bird until others have had a go at it. Stay tuned.

Thanks Davy. I screw a small fruit cup to the back of the perch and fill it with seed. That works all the time.

sorry couldn't help it
