Very nice capture. Wonder how many times they fall down the falls trying to capture a fish.

At 800lbs plus they are well anchored Never seen one fall. Only been up there every summer since 1993 The salmon sometimes take several attempts to swim up. They may slip and slide when I'm not there. Good observation and question.

stand Only allowed to stay in it for an hour or so, then had to move on. Taken at Brooks Falls Alaska.
