Speaking of obituaries: This may well be the best obituary I've ever read

The first three are bad enough.

That is a really nice obituary that reflects the real person who passed - I like it. It is so tiring to read obituaries that go on and on about trivial nonsense. The person was 80 - does anyone really care what high school they attended? And although I respect anyone's service to the country, do they really not have any nicer or better photos than the one of them in uniform for the Civil War back when they were a young boy? The best obituaries I have read are ones that the decedent wrote for themselves, imparting the information that THEY wanted the world to know. We should all do that!

Question: In the obit for Captain Don (first link); If he found her in his bed and decided to keep her, how did they have a daughter 6 mos later?

I like the tombstone that says "He lived for better, died for worse and now he's dead for good".

Propellers on aircraft are just big fans placed on front of the plane merely for the convenience of keeping the pilot cool.
You can tell this is true because when it stops turning, you will notice the pilot immediately breaks out in a sweat.

Not only the pilot but anyone else in the plane!!!!!!!

Also a noted fact about air craft. Every plane that has gone up will come down no matter what! A rare 100% rule!
