He is an Anole and in the second picture he is displaying. There may be another Anole in his territory or he is signaling for a mate.

The green anole is native to Florida. The brown anole is an "import" from the Cuba or Puerto Rico (I think one of these islands). I have only seen the browns so lucky you to see a green!!!
