Interesting composition. You got the lighting right which must have been tricky to do. I like the combination of the brown leaves and white pearls. You did a very fine job with this still life.

Very well done carlysue, I like the composition and lighting, and the pearls play well against the dark leaves and background, very creative. I like them both, but especially like #2

I'd always thought leaves accessorized strictly with diamonds and sapphires, but you've proven here they can make do just fine with pearls, and still manage to pull off 'elegance.'
