I think that someone in the administration has redefined the word "unacceptable" and not told the rest of us. BO used that term about the IRS scandal and the Benghazi murders as well, but we don't seem to have seen any manifestation of what it means.
Maybe it's a code word for "time to play a round of golf". Or maybe "tell the secret service guy to stop drinking and find my cleats".
