Sure, go ahead waste your money. Me, I'm waiting for the super supreme carbon fiber model. You're gonna want one!

Watch DigitalRev; Kai will probably try it.....

I wonder if they make it in Teflon-coated depleted Uranium and if it can be engraved or embossed.

This thing is just the starting point. Now Brikk, who gold-plated the Nikon Df and is selling it for $41,000, could do the same with this thing, put on a couple of small diamonds for good measure and sell it for $3000 or so.

Where have you gone, PT Barnum? You would have loved these times.

Nikon would not have made it if they did not know the masses would flock to it. Do a little reading on advertising psychology. If done right, buckets of manure can be sold to the masses and they will flock to it with the I have to have it atitude. Remember the pet rock? Sold over a million in less than 6 months. Enough said .....

Sounds to me as if it is more of a benefit to Nikon profits than to photographers.

should havee been made from platinium and contained a Patek Phillipe Tourbillion. That way they could have sold it for 200,000. A bargain!

They're available in kit form. A block of titanium and a Dremel tool! Along with the plans, of course.
