I have a Nikon D600 that has been refurbished by Nikon with a new sensor & shutter. It performs fine but I have a nagging feeling that Nikon did the collective us that bought the camera wrong and should have given us replacements. But that ship has sailed. I am thinking of trading the 600 in for the new 750. Your thought are appreciated
Speaking for me personally if Nikon installed a new sensor and shutter I would not worry in the slightest bit. If it bothers you enough that you worry about something going wrong then go for the D750. But in reality you probably already own a great camera that will suit your needs.

If I didn't own a D800 I'd be in a quandary over a D610 and D750. I know it would be one of them over a D810.
I suspect the image difference between the D610 and D750 are indistinguishable. But they have priced the D610 far less. I'd consider most that and the weight of the camera. In either case, as I have done with my last four camera purchases, I'd buy a Nikon refurb.
If you EVER have trouble with spots on your sensor caused by the shutter Nikon will either take care of it or replace it with a D610. That's what Nikon told me. I have a D600 I sent it in for repair a few months after I got it ( it was dropped) . Nikon repaired it and replaced the shutter mechanism . I'm not worried in the least.

I use a D600 that was repaired under the shutter repair program. It's been just about a year now with no problems. In a sense "too bad" because then I could get a new D610 with full warranty. Unless I find that I could use some of the features of the D750, I won't trade up. The D600 is a fine camera.

I had a D600, which Nikon replaced with a new D610, I also have the D810. The D610 is an awesome piece of gear and one of my favourite bodies, as was the D600. I cant advice about replacing it with the D750, this would depend a lot of the type of photography you do.
All I can say is that the D600 & D610 are excellent for my work with bird photography, I use it for shooting birds in flight.
