To capture and photograph snowflakes, I place a pane of glass on a corner of my deck. Today, it rained, then snowed and melted on contact, and then the sun shone. Water condensation got under the glass on the one rail of the deck. I found the symmetrical pattern interesting. The macro is of the water between the wooden rail and the glass.
The first image looks just a bit like a stone arrow head. Nice captures.
First one's nice, but love the second one
Yes, this is interesting and deserves more investigation.
Great capture. I love the second photo is a neat abstract. Amazing what we find to photograph.
The second shot is showing a Steiner Tree. The shortest way to link (roads, power lines etc) three points. This math concept was found just this way.
