I want to use ProShow Producer to create slide shows and mix in a little video with them. I am finding it hard to find a basic intro into this software. There are plenty of YouTube videos that show the fancy tricks ProShow will do and I know there is the ProShow Wizard one can use. The trouble with the Wizard is it still uses too many clever transisitions. I want to input images and then set a basic fade transition of the same length on all the images. Can anyone recommend a book or Website or YouTube video I may have missed? I would like to leave ProShows own stuff alone as they are really promoting their clever transisitions and how smart their software is. And it is. Then I can change one or two transitions of my own choice.
I found their manual very useful
ProShow Producer is a wonderful slideshow program. It does have a bit of a learning curve but it's not that difficult once you get the hang of It. It Is easy to make adjustments to Individual slides or apply changes to the whole show once the wizard has done Its thing. You can also create your own themes for the wizard to apply to your images.
PM me an email address and I can send you a pdf file that will help . . .
