Do you mean the kind of frames that are used for some scrapbooking pages?

AKVIS Artsuite, a Photoshop Plugin Filter, creates wonderfully intricate frames, but it's not free.

Thank you everybody for your information. I'll check out some of the information. I'm sorry if i can't explain exactly what i'm looking for but, somebody on here about a yr ago put some froming on a photo of mine and i didn't how they did it. Hope that helps some. I'm sure it's a plugin or something in photoshop.
