Read the title of the thread... that's its name... $20 if you use one of the banner ads on UHH. It also does normal realistic editing as well as the wild stuff.

Evidentally someone else pointed you in the direction of the Smart Photo Editor. It was $20 and I think it has a lot of possibilities for all of the custom editing both subtle and canned out of the box wild stuff with all the sliders and adjustments after the fact.
