Diopter for dominant shooting eye

Having a dominate right eye , but a preference to shoot with my left eye, has presented a problem lately. Both eyes are correctable to 20/20, but of late it has been necessary to wear a weaker contact lens in the left eye to accommodate reading blueprints up close. This is my shooting eye though and the diopter doesn't correct it to 20/20. Are there prescription diopters available to be fitted onto the viewfinder of a Canon DSLR ? As photo documentation is sometimes a part of my work and my dislike of LED screens in general, I hope there is a solution. Please advise, thank you .
