Snow Day in Dallas....

We had our snow day for the year in Dallas today. I know for a lot of you this is kind of silly (especially if you live in Chicago) but we normally only get snow once or twice a year so we all run out with our cameras and snap away.

Great to have snow in the DFW area. I used to live in GP and one or 2 days of snow a year was enough for me. Looks like you may have had about an inch or two.

May wind up over 5".... Over 500 wrecks in Dallas alone so far. All things being equal, I'd just as soon be in Hollywood (FL) with an old friend!

I am not surprised. I used to live in Dallas for 5 years and most places in the country, they teach one to drive 'defensively'. TX is the only place where the drivers drive 'offensively' and even with ice and snow on the ground. HELP!!!!

:thumbup: :thumbup: Miami is the 1st place I saw signs about being ticketed for blocking an intersection. Neither place holds a candle compared to Vancouver, BC..... imho..... :)

The wife and I almost got hit while looking for the University of BC this past summer, but otherwise we'll loved the city and plan to return.
