$125.00 per hour seems a little high to me.

$125 per hour would be reasonable for PhD trained psychologists or for MD/DO psychiatrists, but the majority of "providers" are probably master's level counselors, so cutting payments is probably reasonable.

Govey contracts always pay twice or more, as much as they should. Too many kickbacks paid along the way. Having professional experience in psychology field, I wouldn't pay them more than $25/hour. Mostly it is just handing out psych drugs.

But to the point, lets cut the services and benefits and earned income tax credits that is paid to those civilians that don't pay taxes and those others that don't obey our immigration laws. Can't remember the last time these groups suffered a loss, usually they enjoy "increases." Not sure what is left to give them. Instead, govey likes to dump on every aspect of our military (those that put their lives on the line for the rest of us.)

I remember when it was expressed that ALL medical care for our military should be eliminated. "They knew the danger when they enlisted. So, they should buy their own medical insurance."

Just a quick note. I don't know if that cut took place, however the news release cited was dated 10/8/14 and living in a military town, we have seen nothing here about it. However I agree with all the others who have taken the time to post.

was just reading about psych drugs use,

I think the bottom line is that "antipsychotic drugs are expensive." IMO, this admin wants to decrease the availability of all kinds of medications, along with rationing of care.
Study shows the vast majority of healthcare money spent is on the elderly, disabled, and the mentally impaired. In essence, the "non-productive." Of course this is true in a "caring society."

Used judiciously, many drugs are life-saving. However, many psychic drugs are used on patients, only to make the lives easier of those around them. These people will never get better.

It is a difficult call to make, but won't be difficult for govey when it comes to the decision-making. Govey will be in control of all meds and care given to the masses. The way I see it, meds and care will only be administered to the groups of people that are "deserving" for sake of that "bottom-line."
