Need help with Opanda Ver. 2.3 under Windows 8.1

I've just bought a replacement laptop. I'm unable to see photo properties on UHH downloads. I downloaded Opanda IEXIF V 2.3 but still can't get it to work. Opanda worked fine on my previous laptop.
When I right click in the downloaded photo I am presented with 2 options: 1:COPY 2:SAVE TO PICTURES FOLDERS. The usual pop up menu with properties at the bottom and Opanda just on top is not displayed. I downloaded the program, installed it and executed it.
My work environment is PC with Windows 8.1.... there is plenty of RAM and a fast processor.
Please let me know if you can provide any suggestions. Thank you.

I had problems as well.
Contacted, Opanda. They said it should work.
It worked everyonce in awhile.
I got tired of messing with Opanda.

I switched to this site and use it.

Thanks Pat, this looks good. I'll most likely go with your suggestion.

To my knowledge, you must do/have:
The UHH post must include the download option.
You click on the image "download".
The image will open up with its own "url"
Copy that url and paste in the top window of
http://regex.info/exif.cgi
Then, click on "view image at url".
It will show whatever info is available.
Most of the time, it will show you everything.
