My interest in wanting to photograph BIF began with the Humming Bird. Since they have gone for the winter, I turned to photographing all types of wintering birds. It was only by accident that I found a Bald Eagle that nests somewhere near our town. I've figured out about the time of day that he visits our little lake and photographed him several times. Eagles are so rare here that our local weekly news paper published one of my photos of our rare bird.
These are beautiful shots!

Thank you Birdpix. I found a Golden Eagle today. No tripod, all pix out of focus.
