The big fires were north of RMNP/Estes Park, last year the problem was the flood damage from 2013 (?). If there was a fire inside RMNP near Estes, I'm not aware of it.
There was severe damage done to Old Falls River road, which had not been repaired when we visited, and impassible. I think the Alluvial Fan area was also severely damaged by flooding.
