Marsha, they just invaded my yard today, they were all over!!
They can eat you out of house and home, but they are pretty in the sun!

Gorgeous shot

I love the way they fly in huge flocks right before settling down for the night. They roll and undulate and sweep across the sky in graceful arches; too bad the bird is such a nuisance.

Kind of like people, they can be beautiful, but a nuisance. Guess we have to try to see the beauty in everything. The camera really captures it all.

They have some kind of poison in their excrement which at times will kill everything it comes in contact with. This poison has been known to be lethal to large full grown Canada Geese' It is best to not have them feeding at you songbird feeders!

Wow, didn't know that. But have sort of found a way to keep them out of the suet feeders I don't seem to have flocks of them, maybe 4or 5
