Copyright infringement is some very serious trouble for the infringer.
You may have a case.

In the 1990's I read up on Copyright Law.
Anything originally produced after March 17th, 1989 is automatically protected by Copyright Law.
Anybody gets their hand caught in that cookie jar is apt to land it the hoosegow.

I know I am relatively new here, but I cannot imagine any circumstance where this would be acceptable behavior. I believe this behavior demands expulsion from the UHH Forums. I believe there are some other ramifications that Bram Boy could be subject to also. That is for the copyright holder to ponder. I just don't understand why someone would want to do this thereby ruining their reputation, at least in the UHH Forums. Like I said, I am relatively new and just can't fathom doing something like this.

This is the reply i had from Bram boy which is total crap
is that yours . I took it of the TV they were showing pictures and I snapped it
there was no copyright on it on the tv . the rules for ugh was that you were the one who took the picture . and that one came from my camera . and there
is no money involved not even a prize . sorry about that . it came out pretty
good from a tv photo though . and it got in there by mistake . as I was trying to get a different one in . but some how that one got in so I left it . sorry

The image quality is too high to be a copy from a TV screen grab.

After hearing this persons reply, I feel this person needs to be removed from the UHH Forums and banned from any future use due to his actions. His so called explanation just seemed to make it worse. There are holes all over in his explanation. Only a complete idiot would buy that garbage. Im glad I am not the only one not buying it... :thumbdown:

I had some run-ins with BramBoy and witnessed a few with others here. He has no "good" reputation to ruin. Knowing just a little bit about his nature, it would be no great loss if he were banned for UHH and this incident doesn't surprise me at in the least :| This guy is a real piece of....er....work.
