If you do a proper white balance WITH A CALIBRATED TARGET, you should nail the colors with either "studio lighting" (sic) or available light. I emphasize a CALIBRATED target, since ordinary cheap gray cards are okay for adjusting exposure but not for color balance.

AKA XRite ColorChecker Passport - :)
It's calibrated, and accurate.
