I think this qualifies for Marco photography. I had to take a bunch of shots. this guy is no more than 1/4 in in diameter.
Nikon D5300 at ISO 2000, with 60-mm Macro, 1/1000-sec at f/25 (to get decent DoF).
This is not a bad photograph, but you have unnecessary noise due selection of ISO 2000.
The exact same exposure could be captured at ISO 250, 1/125-sec at f/25, with negligible noise.
Also, you gain little by selecting such a small aperture. This lens sharpest IQ is f/5.6, and falls-off dramatically past f/16.
