If Americans had more money in their pockets, there wouldn't be the explosion of Dollar & 99¢ stores across the country. It's a race to the bottom for the 99%

Maybe they want us at the bottom.
Remember the 60's when people had money; along with a well educated youth.
They questioned authority they stood up for what they thought was right.
But back then we had strong manufacturing, a fourty hour work week was the norm.

And the feds are printing it at a high rate and pumping it into the stock markets to make it all look good,
But it's all worthless paper.

Ok I'm going to go out on a limb; and play contrarian.
I'm going to guess thats where the money from the
Bush tax cuts are going.
Unless someone on UHH with an Econ degree can prove me wrong.

It's being kept artificially high with billions from fed reserve being printed daily. Just so they can say we're all gonna be fine ….

Printing extra money would not keep it high compared to other currencies. I'm actually surprised you believe in paper money at all, or do you?

The $.99 store in my old home town of Buckley WA went bankrupt in 2010. The St. Vincent DePaul thrift store was too much competition.
Hope and Change.

I am a manufaterers rep. If you don't have the "cheapest" product on the market you don't sell anything regardless of quality and sales skills. Nakkh is absolutely correct, it is a race to the bottom!

Welfare entitlements, unemployment, food stamps, free phones, section 8 housing. More and more children born out of wedlock hence WIC that's where.
No econ degree just common sense.
