Looking for slave flash for Canon 7d & 580exii

Hi,
I have a Canon 7d and a 580exii speedlite. I am considering trying to purchase a couple of slave flash units for indoor use but the cost of more Canon units seems excessive. I am thinking in terms of Neewer or Yongnuo units, but cannot fathom the technical jargon in product descriptions on Amazon, etc. Can anyone recommend products that are inexpensive but effective, require a minimum of calculations and adjustments on my part, are quick and easy to set up and take down, and are compatible with my equipment?

Hi
I have a Yongnuo 568 EXII and it is completely compatible with my Canon system, including high speed sync. I use the Canon St-E2 flash trigger on my 50D and it will fire the flash, even when it is enclosed inside a softball. I paid $125.00 on Amazon.

Your 580ex II will work as a slave, and your 7D pop up flash will act as a master for it.
Are you wanting another unit in addition to what you already have ??

I got a Yongnuo 560 IV before Christmas. Made my Day!
I suggest you look into them. They can work in all ways.
Gives YOU the choices.

I chose to use mine off camera, flash fired, ceiling bounced, as a fill flash. Gave me great shots from it's second story perch, and only fired from my cameras flash. (The cell phones did not fire it)
If I buy any more, they will all be the 560 IV versions.

Amazon Yongnuo 560 IV
