St Louis is in the middle of planning a 980 Million Dollar Riverfront Stadium to keep the Rams here rather than letting them move to LA again....and it is noting spectacular at all....It will also host a pro Soccer Team in the off season.

Well, if is anything like Seattle, they won't worry about that part, they just raise hotel/motel taxes, cab taxes, booze taxes, parking fees and on and on. After all you don't want to deny a billionaire, liberal baby his toys!
