Being an ASUS user Im asking, has anybody any experience or knowledge of ASUS Web Storage for cloud file storage? The specifications look tempting, but excuse my trepidation.

I'd stick with one of the "big guys" to ensure long term support and cross device compatibility. Microsoft, Google, DropBox, Box, Amazon, etc.

Who needs Cloud Storage. At current price per Terabyte, there is really no need to expose your data at all.

I use OneDrive over Asus Storage because OneDrive gives more Space than Asus and only because I can easily share with my smartphone, otherwise, I use WD My Passport 2T for total back up, file storage and portability.

An external hard drive or two is the best cloud there is.
