Topaz Detail - anyone ever lost a preset or had issues importing presets?

I have a topic in post-processing forum. If you visit, I've added info below first respondent's comments.
In one of the collections, "stylized," there should be 27 pre-sets. I have just six! Noticed some disappearing after I used the snapshot function.
Also can't import any preset (such as a copied file from the original program files in Detail). Have even uninstalled Detail twice.
Have a ticket in with help desk, but anyone know anything? :| :|
