Ok, Tucson Hoggers, where to shoot that stunning sunset?

Any Hoggers in Tucson? First visit and we hiked in Saguaro NP today, our first day in town. The sun was beautiful today. Looking for a suggestion to shoot that sunset? Any turnouts or trails? Tomorrow we head to Mt. Lemmon. You can PM me if you have suggestions. Thank you. It's amazing here. Too cold in Ohio.

Windy Point view area on the Catalina Highway at about 9 miles up toward Mt Lemmon. A Mountain(Sentinel Peak Park) are 2 places.

West mostly but sometimes east can be good too, seriously have a look away from where the sun is setting.

Go to the west section of the Saguaro NP about 3:30-4pm, the hike to the Petroglyphs has cactus and hills in golden light thru sundown although the park closes at 5pm sharp.

West on Speedway Blvd until it becomes W Gates Pass Road. When you get to the pass that is the place to shoot. Also, from I-10 exit Cortaro Road and go West to Silverbell Road. North on Silverbell about 3 miles to a smaller mountain pass called Rattlesnake Pass. Some good views to the West and of the Sawtooth Mountains (you will see why they got that name).

Tucson Mountain Park just East of the campground. Great saguaros for your foreground.

With 2 weeks in Tucson you might also go to Kitt Peak - high like Mt. Lemon but farther west of Tucson with no light pollution - tour the observatory, sunsets, stars (super slow shutter speed on a tripod or big rock might get some Milky Way shots). A great drive for scenes and wildlife would be to go west of Tucson towards Sells, AZ but turn South at Three Points then take the highway toward Sasabe, AZ (on the Mexico border). Before you get to Sasabe, or after you double back if you want to see Sasabe, take the Road to Arivaca, AZ. It is gravel most of the way. Continuing on through Arivaca you will come to I-19 which connects Tucson and Nogales, AZ.
