Someone posted "New Wife" Photo so...Old Wife. I wanted to try a portrait so I used natural light, on camera flash and a second flash off to the right. Any suggestions?
Yes! For your own safety, stop referring to her as "old."
Nice capture. I like her little smile.
She's put up with you this long....don't rock the boat...lol very nice portrait of a lovely woman! congrats on both!

I find I gather favour with the opposite sex by using Photoshop to eliminate or at least soften wrinkles and lines about the eyes. I have even gone so far, while shooting a local opera festival, as to remove 20 pounds from a couple of hefty singers.
Woman, thy name is vanity and Photoshop is a wonderful way of exploiting that failing.
If you are still alive after that statement, my only suggestion is to crop out some of the top of the photo,
otherwise a very good picture, lovely lady.
My suggestion is keep both the D750 and your very lovely wife.
