3rd party lenses for Sony a6000

Hello hogs, been lurking for a couple of years, now need some help.
Been looking at cameras to restart an old hobby(photography) and am interested in the Sony a6000, I like their lenses but I would like a lens 18--200 range. Do any of the 3rd party mfgs. make a lens or lenses to fit the a6000?
I apologize if this is a dumb question but I can't seem to find anything except the very expensive lenses. Any help would be appreciated.
Budget-- 400 600 range.

Dave

If you currently own a Nikon or Canon, there is an adaptor ring that mates to the A6000 and will handle any of their lenses. Note: Sony uses "E" lenses; any of the "E" lenses should mate to the A6000.

If you need a resource for handling the A6000 settings, try:

The Tamron 18-300mm all in one zoom is really sweet. I have one on my Nex-6 and the full frame version on my A850. They are really sharp and provide a wide choice of focal lengths for anyone, especially someone getting back in the game. Welcome back and happy shooting.

BTW. Don't throw away ANY old lenses you might have on hand, they be used with an adapter on the 6000! I have four lenses from Zeiss circa 1954 that I love for portrait because their image quality is different but not lower than many modern optics costing much much more for the same effect.

Does Tamron make the 18-300 with AF in E-mount?

Hopefully, someday - SOMEONE will make a long lens for the E-mount - until then I use a 300 Nikkor ED IF manual focus .....
