Pulled together some photos from our Oct trip to Oahu to get a calendar made by Shutterfly. Thought I would share them. They are big files so it will take a while to post all of them.

Thank you for posting a great pictorial memorial, and salute to a great ship and event. Good job. Never did find Bart, though.

I enjoyed this series, my oldest cousin was aboard during the surrender signing.

My dad's cousin, Curtis was on the Arizona when it went down. He is still there as far as I know. Again, thanks.

It's sobering to visit the memorial and see the wall of names.
I was waiting before giving you a clue to where Bart is. He's hanging "round" in a nice warm place!

I see him in the engine room photo on the far right next to all the dials, great shots glad you got there on your trip

Attaboy! I see you are on Maui. That's on our list for future visits! We stayed 10 days in Kailua on Oahu. Rented a cottage near the beach. Had a wonderful time. Covered the whole island with our rental car. Except for Waikiki. Stayed away from there.
