I so miss the ocean. Moved from California 22 years ago and live in the Southwest now. I get back to the coast whenever I can. These make me want to plan a trip. Nice shots.

You had a great day for wave action. Most of the days I head for the coast the water is so calm one would think they could walk on it.
I tried and it didn't work.

Thank you to all who have looked and commented. I forced myself to leave my dslr in the car so as to get more familiar with my new P/S. It is a Panasonic DMC-ZS10. Seems to do an ok job. I'm real happy with #1 and #3 was a looooong zoom and a big crop...and it shows.

Breath taking used to live on the east coast and it is a different kind of coast line more rocky and the west I though was a bit more tame guess I was wrong.What kind of bird is flying into the scene on the left side of picture # 2 it is a real nice shot.

Hey, Great shots. Love the ocean. It was great weather the past few days. We went to Goat Rock in Sonoma County and then out to Bodega head and took some, very similar to yours. I liked #1 and the colors in the sunset, nice touch on the boat.

Are you making the trip up to the Skunk Train photo op in June in Ft. Bragg?

Thanks Al, I spend a lot of time in West Marin and the Sonoma coast. We are lucky to have easy access to the N. Calif. coast. The Skunk Train is a beautiful ride, enjoy!
